School Visits
Presently, Stockholm Gospel has great focus on activities with and for youth. The organization holds school visits in Sweden with the purpose of meeting young people through gospel music. We talk about Martin Luther King, discuss civil rights and promote gospel and spiritual by singing together.
Keep The Dream Alive
Stockholm Gospel has recently celebrated the 2010 “Keep The Dream Alive” Youth Festival for the second consecutive year.
2010 Youth Festival took place from August 9 to 12, with numerous activities organized in different parts of the city, such as performances in the popular Sergel Square and a final Gospel Goes Young concert at Filadelfia Church.
A Tribute to Martin Luther King
Every year, Stockhom Gospel arranges A Tribute to Martin Luther King, a concert held by youth choirs from different schools. The Tribute 2011 was held by Gerald T Smith, from Washington.
